The fervent energy of late-night Vietnam in the heart of SoHo

Chôm Chôm has been a SoHo neighbourhood mainstay since it opened in 2013, and now, over a decade on, the spirited, late-night corner stoop is reinvigorated with a menu of vibrant, flavour-forward cocktails, fresh bia hoi-style beer on tap and a tailored menu of satisfying, easy-to-enjoy Vietnamese street food-inspired dishes that bring all the frenetic, fast-paced energy of late-night Vietnam to life in the heart of SoHo.

ABOUT CHEF

After five years of living in Vietnam, Head Chef Logan Hester brings his culinary prowess and vast knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and culture to SoHo’s favourite stoop.

His time in Vietnam reminded him of the kind of pure enjoyment and awe one could experience when cooking with heart.

As he steps into the kitchen at Chôm Chôm, his approach is full of passion and honesty paired with a certain playful intelligence that shines through in everything from the core menu dishes, to the off-menu specials and the beverage programme.
